You configure the reminder lead time per field - for example, 1 hour before, 2 hours before, or up to 24 hours before the booking start time. The system sends reminders automatically at the configured time.
Are reminders sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp?
Email reminders are always sent and always free. You can add SMS or WhatsApp reminders per field for a small per-message charge, shown in your dashboard before you switch them on.
Can I customise the reminder message?
Yes. You can write custom reminder messages for both email and SMS. Include field-specific instructions like parking directions, gate codes, or field rules.
