Which igloohome smart locks work with Paddli?
Paddli connects to igloohome smart locks through iglooConnect, igloohome’s integration platform. If your igloohome lock or keybox is managed through iglooConnect, it works with Paddli. Locks are purchased directly from igloohome.
Do I need Wi-Fi or power at my field?
No. igloohome locks generate PIN codes offline, so they work in fields with no signal, no internet connection and no power supply at the gate.
Can I choose between per-booking codes and rotating codes?
Yes. Paddli supports both. You can send each customer a unique code for their booking, or rotate a shared code on a schedule you choose, such as daily, weekly or monthly. Pick whichever suits each field.
How do customers get their gate code?
Codes are included automatically in booking confirmations and reminders by email and SMS. If a booking is rescheduled or cancelled, the messages and codes stay in sync without you doing anything.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers simply type their PIN code into the keypad on the lock. There are no apps, accounts or Bluetooth pairing steps for them.
