What You Need Before You Start
You probably have everything already. Here is what we will ask for.
Field Location
The address or location of your field so customers can find you. We will add directions and access instructions too.
Photos of Your Field
A few photos showing your field, fencing, parking and any facilities. Phone photos are fine - they do not need to be professional.
Your Pricing
How much you want to charge per session. You can change this at any time - and set different rates for peak and off-peak if you want.
Opening Hours
When your field is available for bookings. Days, times, slot durations - you set the rules and Paddli enforces them.
Bank Account
A bank account in a Stripe-supported country to receive payments via Stripe. We will guide you through connecting it - takes about 5 minutes.
A Phone or Computer
That is it. No special hardware, no printers, no card readers. Paddli works in your browser on any device.

Create Your Listing
Your field details, photos, prices and opening hours. Do it yourself with the setup wizard, or send them to us and we build it for you to check over.
Connect Payments
Link your bank account through Stripe so customers pay at the time of booking and the money goes straight to you. It takes a few minutes and we guide you through it.
Share Your Booking Link
Go live and post your link wherever your customers already find you. From then on Paddli takes the bookings, the payments and the reminders.

Getting Started FAQ
How long does it take to set up Paddli?
Set it up yourself and you can be taking bookings the same day. Ask Jamie or Helen to build it for you and we reply within one working day, then you check it over and go live when you are happy.
Do I need any technical skills to use Paddli?
No. If you can use a smartphone, you can use Paddli. The setup wizard walks you through everything, and Jamie or Helen are on hand if you need help.
What do I need to get started?
You need basic details about your field - location, size, photos, and your preferred pricing. A bank account for receiving payments via Stripe. That is it.
Is there a setup fee, monthly fee or fixed-term contract?
No setup fee. No monthly fee. No fixed-term contract. Paddli charges 5% per successful booking. You only pay when you earn.
Can I start myself and ask for help partway through?
Yes. Email Jamie or Helen or book a call at any point and we pick up wherever you have got to. Plenty of hosts create the account themselves and ask us to finish the photos and pricing.
Can I migrate from another booking system?
