Cookies in the Paddli App and on booking pages
The Paddli App at app.paddli.com and the booking pages We provide for dog field owners (including booking widgets embedded on field owners' own websites and custom booking domains) use a separate, small set of cookies. None of them are used for advertising, and booking pages set no analytics cookies at all: visits there are counted anonymously without storing anything on Your device.

Payment and analytics cookies
When You reach the payment step, Our payment provider Stripe sets cookies for fraud prevention and secure payment processing. We also use PostHog product analytics and session replay in the Paddli App, where it sets the cookie below. On booking pages, PostHog runs in cookieless mode: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on Your device, does not record Your session, and counts Your visit anonymously.

Your choices
When You first visit Our Website, a cookie banner lets You accept all cookies or manage Your preferences. You can change Your choices at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the website footer.
If You reject non-essential cookies, only Your consent choice is stored, in the essential cc_cookie cookie and PostHog's opt-out record. No analytics identifiers are placed on Your device. PostHog will still count Your visit in aggregate using a privacy-preserving technique that stores nothing on Your device and cannot identify You.
In the Paddli App and on booking pages, essential and payment cookies are required for signing in, booking and paying securely. Functional cookies are only set when You use the feature they power - for example, "Remember my details" at checkout is unticked by default, and no recognition cookie is set unless You tick it. Booking pages do not show a cookie banner because they set no analytics or advertising cookies: the only cookies used are those needed for booking and paying, plus optional remember-me cookies You choose Yourself.
You can also control cookies through Your browser settings. Most browsers allow You to block or delete cookies. Note that disabling all cookies may affect how the Website functions.
Third-party cookies
When You consent to analytics cookies on Our Website, PostHog sets a cookie on Your device. PostHog is hosted in the European Union and its use of data is governed by the PostHog Privacy Policy.
On booking pages and in the Paddli App, Stripe sets cookies as part of processing payments. Stripe's use of this data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
