You Set the Rules
Configure your cancellation notice period per field. For example: customers must cancel at least 24 hours before their booking.
Customer Clicks Cancel
They use the secure link in their confirmation email. If they are within the allowed period, the cancellation proceeds instantly.
Refund and Notification
The refund is issued via Stripe automatically. Both you and the customer are notified. The slot opens back up for new bookings.

How do customers cancel their booking?
Every booking confirmation includes a unique secure link. Customers click it to cancel directly — no phone calls, no emails to you. They can also enter their email on the Manage My Bookings page to receive a magic link to view and cancel all their bookings.
Can I set a cancellation deadline?
Yes. You configure a cancellation notice period per field (for example, 24 hours before the booking start time). Customers can only self-cancel before this deadline passes.
Are refunds issued automatically?
Yes. When a customer cancels within your allowed period, the refund is processed automatically via Stripe. No manual action is needed from you.
