Set Your Requirements
Enable documents on your field, write instructions for customers, and choose when documents must be provided - at checkout, before the session, or optionally.
Customers Upload During Booking
The document uploader appears during checkout. Customers upload their certificates and attach them to the booking. Returning customers can reuse documents already on file.
Chasing and Enforcement Happen Automatically
Outstanding documents trigger email reminders. If your deadline passes, the booking is cancelled and the customer is refunded - all without you lifting a finger.
Customer Documents FAQ
What types of documents can customers upload?
Vaccination certificates, kennel cough vaccination, titre test results, Certificates of Exemption, third-party liability insurance, public liability insurance, dog licences, and any other document you need. Supported formats are PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP.
What happens if a customer does not upload documents in time?
When documents are required before the session, Paddli sends an email reminder. If nothing is uploaded by your deadline, the booking is automatically cancelled and the customer is refunded. You control the deadline length and whether refunds are issued.
Can customers reuse documents across multiple bookings?
Yes. Customers upload once and can attach the same document to future bookings and recurring subscriptions. Paddli tracks expiry dates and sends reminders 30 days before a document expires.
