How Data Export Works
One click to download your customer list
Go to Integrations
Open the Integrations page from your organisation settings. The Export Data section shows your available exports.
Download Your Customers
Click the download button to get a CSV of every customer who has booked with you, with their contact details and booking history.
Import Wherever You Need
Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets, or import directly into your email marketing platform. The CSV is formatted for clean import.

What data is included in the customer export?
The CSV export includes every customer who has booked with you: name, email, phone number, first booking date, last booking date, and total number of bookings. One row per customer.
Can I import the CSV into my email marketing tool?
Yes. The CSV format is designed for import into tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, or any platform that accepts CSV contact lists. The file opens cleanly in Excel and Google Sheets too.
Can I see my bookings in my own calendar?
Yes. Each field has its own calendar feed you can subscribe to from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or any app that supports the standard calendar feed format. It keeps itself up to date as bookings come in, and you can turn it off or generate a new link at any time.
Does Paddli have an API?
API access is on the roadmap. For now, you can export customer data as CSV and embed your booking form on any website.
