How Group Sessions Work

Create a Group Session Type
Add a session type and set the booking mode to "Group session". Define the maximum number of bookings per slot and an optional per-booking dog limit.
Customers Book Available Seats
Multiple customers can book into the same time slot. Each books and pays independently. The slot shows as available until capacity is reached.
Manage from the Roster
View upcoming group sessions with attendee lists, dog counts, and remaining capacity. Cancel entire sessions with one action if needed.

How do group sessions differ from private hire?
Private hire gives one customer exclusive access to the field for their booking. Group sessions let multiple customers book into the same time slot, sharing the field up to a capacity limit you set.
Can I limit the number of dogs per booking in a group session?
Yes. You can set a per-booking dog limit on any session type, including group sessions. This works alongside your overall capacity to control how many dogs are on the field at once.
Can customers set up recurring bookings for group sessions?
Not currently. Group sessions are available for one-off and multi-booking checkout, but weekly subscriptions are not supported for group session types.
