By using Paddli's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

Paddli provides a platform that connects landowners ("Hosts") with dog owners ("Guests") for the purpose of renting secure, private fields for dog exercise and recreation.

3. User Responsibilities

For Hosts (Landowners):

  • Provide accurate descriptions of your property and amenities
  • Maintain your fields in safe, accessible condition
  • Respond promptly to booking requests and guest communications
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your property
  • Comply with local laws and regulations

For Guests (Dog Owners):

  • Supervise your dogs at all times during field use
  • Clean up after your dogs and leave fields as you found them
  • Follow all host rules and field-specific guidelines
  • Report any damage or incidents immediately
  • Maintain appropriate pet insurance and vaccinations

4. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to host acceptance. Payment is processed at the time of booking confirmation. Our 5% service fee is automatically deducted from host earnings. Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts but must comply with our minimum standards.

5. Liability and Insurance

Paddli acts as a platform facilitating connections between hosts and guests. We do not provide insurance coverage and are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages that occur during field use. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform for:

  • Any illegal activities or purposes
  • Commercial dog training without explicit host consent
  • Large events or gatherings without prior approval
  • Any activity that could damage property or disturb neighbors
  • Subletting or transferring bookings to third parties

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive multiple complaints from other users.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of England and Wales.
