When do I get paid?
We process payouts weekly, every Friday. Your earnings from bookings are automatically transferred to your bank account within 2-3 business days.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees whatsoever. The 5% booking fee includes payment processing, platform maintenance, customer support, and all features. You only pay when you earn.
What if a customer cancels?
If a customer cancels more than 24 hours before their booking, they receive a full refund and you pay no fees. For cancellations within 24 hours, you keep 50% of the booking value.
Can I change my pricing?
Yes! You can adjust your hourly rates anytime from your dashboard. Price changes apply to new bookings immediately, while existing bookings honor the original agreed price.
